COACHES MEETING: Friday night 5:30 at China Peak Inn promptly, Sunday at 8:00am in registration area
REGISTRATION: 7:30-9:00am (registration has been extended so those with J5/J6 racers only can come a little later) – China Peak Day Lodge- Upstairs
LOCATION OF RACE: Jack’s Run
COURSE INSPECTION:8:30 – 9:30 (SG Only) each day, SG start time 10:00 am, each day. J5/J6 inspection after SG race.
RACE SCHEDULE: Saturday: J/4-3 SG, J5/6 2 run GS, Sunday: J4-3 SG, J5/6 1 run GS (2nd run if weather and time permit) GS reset will follow immediately after SG course is closed. Racers will get 45 minutes for inspection
RESULTS SATURDAY: After Dinner at the Mainstream Lodge @China Peak
RESULTS SUNDAY: Mainstream Lodge, 1 Hour after race.
Each racer must have a Valid USSA #
Lift Tickets for Racers $15.00 12yrs. & under / $25.00 13-17yrs.
Lift Ticket for 18 or older $42.00 CASH,CHECKS or Credit Card
- Parents interested in helping with the race, gatekeeping or registration will have a complimentary lift ticket and lunch for that day.

Takes off at Bear Valley on Feb. 19, 2012
Since the event will be held during the day, we have changed the name of the Night Wings event to Flight Wings! It is still a Red Bull Sponsored event so while the name has changed the action hasn’t and this year’s event promises to be bigger than ever!
Red Bull reps will be there complete with a DJ
Food and Drinks will be available at the course.
Registration is at 8am – 10am
Practice is from 9-10:30
Comp is from 11-2
Awards 3pm on the sundeck

ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday January 8th@ 3pm. Entries received after 5:00 pm on this date will be assessed a late fee of $15.00 per race.
ENTRY CONFIRMATION: Registered athletes will be posted at www.live-timing.com on Wednesday January 11th on or before 12:00PM. Late entries will be confirmed at the team captains meeting.Registration phone calls will NOT be answered.
